A few words about Bryan

Hello Neighbor,
My name is Bryan Braddock your Florence City Councilman for District 3. I am a lifelong citizen of Florence, SC. I graduated from South Florence High School and later graduated from Francis Marion University. While attending Francis Marion I met my wife Tracey. We have been married for 24 years and have 5 daughters; Hannah, Haley, Hayden, Holly and Hope.
My family and I love the Florence community. We attend the Florence Baptist Temple church together and are highly involved in our community. Currently I am the Executive Director of the House of Hope, a local homeless ministry and Tracey teaches 4K at Florence Christian School. I have a background in both the Corporate and Nonprofit sector. With a degree in Economics from Francis Marion University I entered the business world. By age thirty I owned a real estate company.
A life altering addiction and subsequent victory over the addiction redirected my career path into Nonprofit Ministry. For the past 13 years I have worked in ministry serving the addicted and homeless. As Executive Director of the House of Hope, I work with 35 employees, oversee a 2 million dollar budget and direct the service of providing for the needs of over 1200 people per year.
Over the last few years I have focused on my personal development as a leader, public speaker, trainer and personal coach. I am a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Teacher, Trainer and Coach. I have a certificate from the Non-Profit Leadership Institute at Francis Marion University as well as a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Indiana School of Philanthropy. My greatest desire in life is to bring value and positive impact to the lives of people. This desire begins at home with my beautiful wife and five amazing daughters and spreads to others that God brings in my life's path. To whom much is given much is required and I my friend have been given much. Please allow me to help serve the citizens of Florence. I know if we choose "Progress Over Politics" we can make our city "Better Together!"
Your friend,
Bryan
